We were especially thankful to have Cohen baptized in our new church. We had been blessed to be part of a wonderful church family in Boston at Park Street Church. After a year of searching, we finally found All Saints Church. It quickly became apparent to us that we had been led to our new church home. Over the past year and a half, our walks with Christ have been strengthened and nurtured by the leadership and community at All Saints. Plus, Cohen is already incredibly loved there – it is certainly a blessing that he will grow up among wonderful friends.
The service was incredibly worshipful. It was even more special that many of the people assisting in the baptism were part of our small group. Both sets of grandparents, along with Cristen’s brothers and sister-in-law were there to support us. Fortunately, Cohen woke up in a fantastic mood, and despite missing a morning nap, he was alert and content through all of the activity.
After the service, we all went back to our home for lunch and multiple Cohen-holding sessions that afternoon. He soaked up the attention and preferred babbling and playing with grandparents to napping.

The little guy was running on adrenaline all day, so by the time he finally crashed that night, we had an extended celebration: our first 6 hour stretch of uninterrupted sleep in 3.5 months!
